What we do
Raneris is a luxury concierge and lifestyle management office. Members send us a brief, and we turn it into a plan that holds: a charter with the right crew for the family on board, a villa where the second bedroom really does have the sea view, a fortnight across three coasts where every transfer has been timed against the flight it depends on. Then we stay on it until everyone is home.
Five departments carry the work. Concierge handles the daily requests, from a table tonight to a driver at six. Lifestyle Management runs the calendar of a household or a family office over months and years. Travel plans and books journeys, private aviation included. Villas sources and manages houses for a week or a season. Yachts charters and manages boats from thirty to ninety metres.
How we work
One person owns your file. They know the names of your children, the wine you do not drink and the airline seat you prefer, and they brief everyone else so that you never repeat yourself. Requests come by message, mail or phone, and the first answer arrives within the hour, at any hour.
We are paid by our members, not by the houses, boats or hotels we place them in. Where a supplier pays a commission, it is declared on the proposal and offset against the fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Why the tools
Most travel decisions are arithmetic in a good suit. A charter week is a day rate, a season multiplier, an advance provisioning allowance and a gratuity. A villa is a sleeping count, a budget and six things you will not compromise on. So we built ten instruments that do the arithmetic in the browser and hand you an answer you can act on, before you have spoken to anyone.
Nothing you type into a tool leaves your device. There is no analytics script, no advertising network, no embedded map, no third-party font. The pages call our own server only when you deliberately send something: a message, a request, a subscription.
Who we are
Raneris is operated by NexTao GmbH in Hamburg and works with a network of partner offices in Monaco, Palma, Dubai and Gustavia. The desk speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
