Concierge
Concierge is the department members use most and think about least. It is the message at eleven at night asking for a table for six tomorrow, the call from the airport when the driver is not there, the birthday that was forgotten until this morning. The desk answers within the hour, every hour, and the person who answers has your file open.
Most of what we do is not glamorous. It is knowing which restaurant holds a table for us on a Saturday, which clinic sees a child on a Sunday, which florist in Monaco delivers before nine, and which ticket cannot be had and which one only looks that way. The glamour, when it comes, is a by-product of the address book.

Often the same day, because the restaurants we work with hold tables for the office. When they do not, we say so and offer three alternatives of the same standard within the hour.
No. You pay the supplier’s price. Our fee is agreed in advance per assignment or covered by your membership, and any commission a supplier pays us is declared on the invoice and offset.
Yes. Access members pay per assignment. Most people move to Signature once they have used the desk a few times, because it becomes cheaper and the service becomes personal.
The desk is staffed around the clock. A real person answers, and if the request needs the lifestyle manager who knows you, they are woken.
