Questions people ask
With a conversation. Write to the desk or make a request, and a lifestyle manager calls you back within the hour. Access needs nothing more; Signature and Private Office begin with an onboarding of a few hours spread over a week.
At any time, in either direction, from the next month. Most members start with Access and move to Signature after a few assignments.
Supplier costs, which you pay at the supplier’s price, and the things listed under each tier. Private aviation, charters and villas are arranged at cost with any commission declared and offset.
One month for Signature. Private Office is scoped for a year but cancellable with three months’ notice.
In one profile, on our own systems, in Germany, with access limited to the people who work on your file. Nothing is shared with suppliers beyond what a specific booking needs. Non-disclosure is standard from Signature upwards and contractual for Private Office.
