Lifestyle management is what happens when concierge becomes continuous. Instead of asking for things one at a time, you hand over the calendar, and one person, your lifestyle manager, keeps it. They know that the Palma house needs opening on the twelfth, that the boat’s survey is due, that the eldest has a tournament in Geneva on the same weekend as the gala in Monaco, and they resolve the collision before you have noticed it.
The work is invisible when it is done well. The car is serviced, the insurance is renewed, the housekeeper has been paid, the birthday presents have gone, the wine has arrived at the villa, and the only thing you were asked was a yes or a no, once, in a message that took ten seconds.
