Sa Punta
A glass and stone house on the headland above Port Andratx with the whole bay below, the boat in the port five minutes away and the Tramuntana road at the door.
Sa Punta is a contemporary house on the point of the Cala Llamp headland, built on three levels that all face the water. The bedrooms are on the top floor with the view, the living rooms open onto the pool terrace, and the lower level has the gym, the hammam and the cinema for the evenings when the wind blows.
The port is five minutes down the hill and the house comes with a berth in it, so a boat can be arranged for the week and used every day. Palma is thirty minutes and the mountain roads for cycling start at the gate.
The house is heated and closed against the wind, so it works in February as well as August, which is rare on the island.
