Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez
Villa Les Pins
A 1960s house rebuilt in stone and glass inside the gated Parcs estate, with its own path to the sea and a landing stage for the tender.
The Parcs is the estate on the eastern side of the Saint-Tropez peninsula where the houses sit in pine and the sea is at the end of the garden. Les Pins occupies a hectare and a half of it with the pool on the lower terrace, a lawn the children use for everything, and a rock platform with a ladder into water that is four metres deep and clear.
The house takes fourteen in seven bedrooms, all of them with the sea, and the kitchen is built for a chef rather than a cook. In August the town is twelve minutes by boat and forty by road, which is why the landing stage matters.
We have placed families here for five summers. It is the house we send people to when they ask for Saint-Tropez without the noise.
