The Palm Residence

The fronds of the Palm are the only place in Dubai where a house has its own beach, and the Residence has sixty metres of it, facing west across the water to the marina towers. The pool runs along the sand, the dock takes a tender or a small day boat, and the house behind is three floors of glass with a lift.
Six bedrooms, a cinema, a gym and a spa with a hammam, and a kitchen a chef can work in. A driver is included because Dubai is a driving city; the mall, the marina restaurants and Downtown are all fifteen minutes.
The season is November to April. In January the water is 22 degrees, the air is 24 and the house is what the Mediterranean is in July.
